ST Solutions is a leader in providing industrial companies with procurement and inventory management programs. We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales associate for an on-site location in Lynchburg, VA. At this on-site location, we provide a high level of customer service and support to our valuable customers. Responsibilities for this position include filling requisitions to customers, entering orders into the computer system, expediting orders, and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
A background in industrial distribution, customer service, logistics, inventory management, or related fields is preferred. Candidates must be highly motivated to provide excellence in customer service, enjoy working in a team-driven environment, and strong at building good working relationships. Must be able to work independently with strong attention to detail, efficient in time management, and good communications skills. Must have proficient computer skills, and knowledge of cutting tools or machining tools is also desired. A security clearance to this location is required.
Starting pay at $19.00 per based on qualifications and experience. We offer a full benefits package including health insurance, life & AD&D, short term disability, 401k retirement plan, additional voluntary benefits, vacation and holiday pay.
