Sales Operations Analyst

THE POSITION:
At STACK, the Sales Operations Analyst will report to Sr. Director of Sales Operations supporting the sales team on all matters related to Sales Operations. The individual will assist with developing processes and scaling up performance for a rapidly growing data center owner/operator. They will be able to execute independently all aspects of day-to-day operational support related to new deals and renewals and participate in product development and sales-support activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale data center transactions, will be comfortable with multi-tasking, and will prioritize based on a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assume operational control of the sales process through the CRM and other ancillary sales tools, including LinkedIn Navigator, Reply.io and Lusha.
• Provide sales enablement and interdepartmental support to the sales team in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the sales process.
• Establish and maintain document-scalable processes that ensure best practices in opportunity progression and lead management
• Work in a cross-team fashion to set up and administer revenue and customer retention metrics for sales leadership
• Manage and develop Sales Policies to be adhered to by Sales and Client Success Teams.
• Provide day-to-day administration of the existing commission plan and policies
• Prepare regular forecasts and other presentations to senior stakeholders inside the company
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales management team to provide recommendations on improving GTM processes
THE DETAILS:
• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Travel: Up to 10% domestically
• Compensation: up to $95,000 - $120,000 plus bonus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must pass a comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Curiosity and desire to learn
• 2 years of Sales Operations experience. Datacenter or real estate industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Netsuite platform
• Process familiarity with PowerBI, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Reply.io (or other cadence tools), and Asana
• Strong analytical and data reporting/manipulation skills via Excel and BI tools such as PowerBI
COMPETENCIES:
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and execute on projects independently
• Understanding of key data center real estate concepts
