About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, proficiency in spreadsheet formulas and manipulation. The Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in analyzing sales data, extracting valuable insights, and making our CRM data more actionable to enhance our sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators, identifying performance drivers and communicating results and insights to the Management Team
- Perform channel and customer-level analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Segment and prioritize prospects for the sales team to pursue based on likelihood to convert
- Partner with the Revenue Leadership team to support efficient sales motions
- Maintain and update the CRM system, collect and analyze data to track sales performance
Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a sales-focused environment.
- Effective communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of ownership & customer service both internally and externally
- Natural curiosity and motivation to dig into the details
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
Salary:
Tier 1 location: $120k
Tier 2 location: $106k
Salary : $120,000
