This role is responsible for maintaining accurate process cost information, reconciling standard to actual costs, supporting the month-end close process, preparing financial reports, and assisting functional leaders with data to improve operational performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Month-end close activities: posting journal entries, analyzing variances, performing reconciliations.
- Conducting root cause analysis on variances.
- Supporting physical inventories and cycle count programs.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports, while partnering with leaders for operational improvements.
- Assisting with the annual standard cost build and budgeting process.

Position Overview:
The Cost Accountant will play a vital role in setting and maintaining process cost information and standard costs, providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
