Working closely with the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping regional marketing programs for North America, ensuring that we are operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B SaaS integrated marketing best practices, process, and technology.
Important: This is a hybrid role. Core in-office days in our Minneapolis-Saint Paul co-working space are Tuesdays-Thursdays, and it is expected that folks will be in the office a minimum of 1-2 day(s) per week during core days. As our Minneapolis-Saint Paul location continues to grow, in office attendance will increase to a minimum of twice weekly during core office days.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and execute integrated marketing plans that align seamlessly with marketing and sales objectives for key accounts in key industries.
- Assess the fit of corporate marketing campaigns for accounts and collaborate with the wider marketing team to adapt and introduce them appropriately.
- Drive engagement by creating a regular cadence of communications with prospect contacts. Support in the execution of owned and third party events tailored to key accounts.
- Be responsive and up to date with market conditions and industry trends that would drive how we would go-to-market with tailored sales plays, such as upcoming regulatory changes, competitive takeouts, outreach sale sequences etc.
- Partner with Sales Development to create best practice and multi-touch outreach sequences to support pipeline efforts.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to create playbooks to support follow-up and outreach for major owned events.
- Curate and drive the Revenue Weekly Newsletter, ensuring pull through of relevant information for Sales, Customer Success, and Strategic Advisory, e.g. field events and associated goals, sales trainings, press coverage, etc.
- Maintain Highspot with relevant campaign information, ensuring regular upkeep and hygiene.
- Regularly review reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into business performance, and analytics.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to improve our reporting and processes and provide insights to the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Partner and collaborate with Central Marketing to improve our marketing strategies and outcomes.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Hands on experience as an individual contributor to execute plans and adapt to new tasks as needed.
- 3 years B2B marketing experience in the technology sector and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with limited direction, adapt to changing priorities, and meet aggressive project timeframes.
- Strong collaboration skills to interact with key stakeholders across various business groups.
- Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities and ‘signal from the noise’ to drive success effectively.
- Hands on experience with reporting, analyzing and optimizing outbound email sequences and top-of-funnel performance.
- Preference for candidates with expertise using Hubspot, Gong,Salesforce, and HighSpot.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across various departments in a business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
