Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish)

StaffCo - Pooler is currently looking for an energetic, motivated, self starter Bilingual Recruiter for our Pooler, GA branch.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as part of the internal staff at a staffing service.
• Associates degree or higher in a business related field.
• Has demonstrated leadership, initiative, goal setting, and quality work in past employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team in a challenging fast-paced environment, while maintaining unquestionable integrity.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• This position will work closely with the Client Coordinator and the Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and placement of workers to fill job orders from our clients.
• The position requires a strong sense of urgency and organizational skills.
• Create and maintain client relationships in order to generate new job orders.
• Recruit candidates through referrals, internet postings, flyers and job fairs.
• Interview candidates and qualify their suitability for open/future positions.
• Fill job orders with qualified employees and monitor their success through contact with the employee and client.
• Deliver paychecks to job sites.
• Compile and input information and data into the branch computer.
• Maintain and update employee files and client records.
• Answer the telephone and assist clients with orders, information and related matters.
• Ensure account retention through quality client service and attention to detail.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
