We are looking for a visionary, results-driven, and people-orientated Product Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The Product Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing practices, programs, and campaigns for the SalesIntel feature and data launches to our prospects and existing install base. This role will be responsible for providing our sales teams with the information it requires to advance product sales, and be the champion for new product innovations. The successful candidate will also be charged with developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in sales revenue.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborates across departments in the development of new products.
- Manages customer advisory board to provide input for new and improved features
- Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
- Advise the marketing team while working closely with the marketing director to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
- Creates monthly product marketing video and messaging for customers and staff
- Focus on implementing customer engagement programs that generate longer term, high quality leads for our company
- Understand the competitive landscape and make recommendations to leadership
- Creates and maintains a competitive analysis grid
- Refines demo script and talking points in conjunction with sales enablement team members
- Provides messaging to explain use cases and value proposition to help sales team overcome objections and differentiate product to target segments, including upsells
- Creates case studies that focus on buyer personas and customer journey
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
- Create and maintain a cohort analysis by customer segment
- Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Understand and develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or related field required
- 3 years of product marketing experience
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing role a plus
- Advanced knowledge of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn't—working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
- Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
- Proficient in Hubspot
- Knowledge of ChurnZero a plus
