As the first point of contact with patients, the Front Office Coordinator's responsibilities include nurturing patients' trust and loyalty, front desk office administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, medical billing verification, and promptly conveying all necessary information to the staff.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for pre-visit, on-site, and post-visit patient care management tasks
- Contacting patients to schedule or reminding them of an upcoming appointment
- Answering, making phone calls, and responding to emails
- Validating patients payment methods and insurance coverage
- Assisting in managing medical billing as needed
- Proper and adequate documentation of patient notes in the system
Requirements
- Experience in front office administrative services (medical office is a plus).
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- More education, certifications, or experience is a significant advantage.
