Shift available:
While working in this meaningful role as a Benefit Verification Specialist, you will be providing patient support by completing benefit verification tasks, while working within a call center.
Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to making inbound and outbound phone calls to payers and pharmacies, communicating case details with internal and external parties, documenting payer authorization and appeals, maintaining repository of payer or brand coverage information, will participate in special projects, and collaborate with others.

- 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in customer service, insurance, benefits, marketing, sales or related field
- With a bachelor’s degree, only one year of relevant experience is required
- Excellent digital literacy and time management skills
