What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabricator position at Staffmark Group?
Staffmark has partnered with a local company that is seeking new talent in Springdale, OH ready to join forces with family owned and operated business that is well versed in many markets of the aerospace industry. Our client provides both commercial and military applications of advanced composite components. We are hiring an experienced Fabricator with a growth mindset and well-developed hand tool experience ready for the next step of their career.
Salary: $17.00-$22.00
Hours: 6:45am-3:00pm
Fabricator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and understand manufacturing plans
- Assemble hardware per plan
- Gather correct materials per the plan in place and maintain the documents throughout the process
- Perform visual inspections on the hardware according to the plan
- Prepare parts for shipping
- Clean molds

Requirements: Previous experience in aircraft turbine engine environment required along with previous composite manufacturing/aerospace experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Possess a High School Diploma or GED. Must have experience with Paint Prep.
