Legal Receptionist

Advantage Resourcing is  seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Legal Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling front desk duties, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The Legal Receptionist will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing the conference room calendar, and providing administrative support to our legal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate party
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the conference room calendar
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
