Sales assistant

We're searching for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you possess excellent organizational and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Salary : $20-$22 per hour

Shift : 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing sales and customer service support to promote phototherapy worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Seeking out new distributors and managing relationships with current distributors.
• Assisting customers with the purchase of home units.
• Maintaining current client information in the company database.
• Updating and maintaining distributor and home price guides.
• Conducting market research.
• Representing the organization at trade shows as requested.
• Assisting with trade show preparation and follow-up.
• Translating sales material and product documentation.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications :

• High School diploma and 2 years prior experience in a sales position preferred.
• Fluency in at least one foreign language (other than English) is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively on the telephone or in person.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to the potential risk of electrical shock and / or ultraviolet exposure.
