We're searching for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you possess excellent organizational and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Salary : $20-$22 per hour
Shift : 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing sales and customer service support to promote phototherapy worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Seeking out new distributors and managing relationships with current distributors.
- Assisting customers with the purchase of home units.
- Maintaining current client information in the company database.
- Updating and maintaining distributor and home price guides.
- Conducting market research.
- Representing the organization at trade shows as requested.
- Assisting with trade show preparation and follow-up.
- Translating sales material and product documentation.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications :
- High School diploma and 2 years prior experience in a sales position preferred.
- Fluency in at least one foreign language (other than English) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively on the telephone or in person.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to the potential risk of electrical shock and / or ultraviolet exposure.
