Advantage Resourcing is looking to hire multiple welders for a company in the Pensacola area.

Work hours: Monday-Thursday 6am - 4:30pm

Requirements:
- 2 years minimum of recent industrial experience as a fabricator or welder
- Must be familiar with MIG and TIG welding
- Must pass weld test during interview process
- Must have a full set of personal tools
- Great attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Cutting and grinding parts, using hand and power tools such as portable grinder, hand files, torch, plasma cutting and arc welding equipment
- Read and interpret basic drawings and welding symbols
- Meet daily production goals set by supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work hours: Monday-Thursday 6am - 4:30pm
