We are currently staffing for the 1st shift, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with a starting pay rate of $14.00 per hour. Job tasks include answering/placing phone calls, using office equipment, researching information to determine/resolve non-compliant/missing returns, and maintaining progress reports while following detailed procedures and guidelines related to tax deadlines. The ideal candidate would have 10-key experience, professional phone skills, and email etiquette, excellent attention to detail, verbal/written communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, time management, and data entry skills, advanced keyboarding skills, be good with technology and able to learn software like MS Office Suite of applications quickly.
