What are the responsibilities and job description for the Extruder Operators position at Staffmark?
- Monitors extrusion machine start up and operation duties to maximize efficiencies and achieve production goals for the shift
- Ensures material is flowing through the production equipment continuously to maintain a quality product
- Inspects output to ensure the quality of the materials produced
- Provides leadership in identifying production and quality issues and effectively resolving them
- Maintains records of production and variances as requested
- Checks equipment to ensure it is functioning properly
