Staffmark has a Human Resource Assistant/recruiter. We are seeking a personable, organized and detail oriented individual to join the Human Resources team. This is a full-time, first shift position with the opportunity to be hired on by the customer. What will you be doing?• Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Department• Help support and maintain Applicant Tracking and Recruiting System – Checking daily and reviewing resumes – cross referencing with our current openings• Support external recruiting efforts and systems• Calling and scheduling interviews with applicants• Putting together Offer Letters and initiating background checks• Assisting in the Onboarding Process and ensuring digital and paper requirements are completed• Assisting in the coordination of Orientation and training for new hires• Support effective communication between HR Staff and RR Donnelley Employees• Able to process and maintain confidentiality regarding significant amounts of sensitive information.Requirements:Strong communication and clerical skillsPrior background working in an office environmentFamiliar with Google Docs/sheetsFamiliar with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Docs, PP)Excellent organization skillsAble to work autonomouslyAble to prioritize while working under deadlinesMake Staffmark your next career choice by applying today at www.staffmark.com; or call / text
