Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in human resources.
- An associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
As the Human Resources Assistant, you will play a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. We are looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable candidate and a great communicator. Other tasks include assisting in various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel, including developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures, assisting in the hourly performance evaluation program for the Pageland plant, and the benefits administration function, which will include claims resolution, change reporting, verifying invoices for payment, and employee communication. Additionally, the candidate should be able to be the backup if needed for maintaining an affirmative action program and coordinating the filing associated with the program.
