Staffmark in Pulaski, TN is currently recruiting for Machine Operators in the Fayetteville, TN area. We are seeking dependable, hardworking candidates that are looking for a long-term career in Plastic Mold injection Automotive Manufacturing. (90) Temp to hire.
Weekly Attendance Bonus
- Effective August 15th, all hourly employees, including temporary workers, who work at least 48 hours during their work week AND have perfect attendance will receive a $150 loyalty bonus.
- Employees who work 12 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday will receive an extra $100 for each day (Saturday and Sunday.)
- Once an employee works 100 hours of overtime, he/she will receive their choice of a PAID personal holiday or having their most recent attendance point removed from their record.
Machine Operator Pay rate and hours:
- Must be available to work weekends up to 7 days a week.
Machine Operator Duties \ Responsibilities:
- Inspect component parts for defects as dispensed from injection molding machine.
- Trim, if necessary, component parts and prepare for packing
- Pack component parts according to packing specifications
- Provide assistance, when needed, in box and dunnage construction.
- Provide assistance, when needed, material changes.
- Perform and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Complete assigned paperwork as appropriate.
- Other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
Essential Functions:
- Long periods of standing, stooping, and bending.
- Fast-pace repetitive handwork.
- Lifting requirement up to 5 lbs
- Use of hand tools, trimmers or box cutters
Education/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED
