Qualifications
- 2 years of experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Literate in the use of Microsoft Office software
- The ability to maintain confidentiality

Office Coordinator Job Details
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Organize, print, and assembler various materials
- Accurately input information into the computer system
- Review and process information for owners and participant terminations
- Provide data entry support for managers
- Foster a positive environment for customers to apply, pay, schedule, etc. within the office
- Conduct background checks for unit owners
- Provide coverage for the front desk
- Perform other duties as needed
