Job Summary
We are currently hiring an Onsite Manager for our local On-Site team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will provide outstanding human resources and recruiting value, strategic planning consultation, and partnership support with a dedicated customer at their onsite location.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as you handle customer service inquiries, concerns and issues.
- Utilizing your human resources skills forecast staffing needs, then develop and execute recruiting strategies that will meet and exceed our customer's needs.
- Participate in partnership reviews with our customer, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and ensure P&L goals are being met or exceeded.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and our employees, and investigate and document any matters that require intervention.
- Enhancing the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders.
