What does a day in the life of a Packer look like? 2nd shift hours are 3:20 P.M. - 1:50 A.M. Monday - Thursday. Staffmark will provide you with mentorship guidance to help get you started in your new role, and don't worry, no experience is necessary.
Job duties within this fast-paced environment include picking and packing products, preparing for shipment, efficiently inspecting and prioritizing products, and collaborating with other team members. Physical requirements include heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds. The dress code includes jeans/work pants, a t-shirt, and steel-toe shoes.
