What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Admin position at Staffmark?

About the Role:

The starting pay is $18 an hour the hours are 8a-5p with a 1hr lunch.
Dress is Business Casual.
Direct-send in: no interview required.

Skills Required:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong phone and customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Basic Word and Excel skills.
  • Customer service focus
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to accuracy and details
Responsibilities:
  • First contact at front door and phone calls
    • Answer incoming calls & assist caller best you can
    • General Admin Duties
    • Dispatching - outbound calls and sending messages
    • Receiving incoming deliveries
    • Internet skills and searches
    • Able to learn their system (easy to learn)
    • Any other tasks needed
