While working as a TPM Technician you will have a wide variety of responsibilities including but not limited to ensuring the production area stays clean and organized and following all 5S guidelines in the shop. Works with supervisor to take 5S to the next level by accomplishing items found in 5S audits and daily walks.
Essential Functions include:
* Following the cleaning plan designed by the supervisor on the shop floor, install and upkeep lines, decals, and striping in the shop.
* Wipes down machines, touches up paint, keeps all poles, rails, and bollards wiped down, rides sweeper and mopper to clean floor, and operates decal printer for corrections when needed.
* Empty trash cans, monitor mop stations, organize plywood and pallets, organize products, keep all cleaning supplies in incorrect locations, keep machines neat and clean, and ensure the yard and chip sheet is clean and organized.
This temp position works the 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM, and pays $17.47 per hour.

This position requires you to have a valid driver's license, willingness, or ability to learn forklift and sweeper, work consistently, troubleshoot under pressure, work in a self-guided manner or a team environment, have superb initiative and positive attitude, attention to detail, follow work instructions, and willing to work overtime on Saturdays as needed. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, withstand occupational noise, fumes, or dust exposure, and stand or sit for prolonged periods.
