Perm - RN - Progressive Care/Stepdown - Lewes, DE

Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Permanent RN for an Progressive Care/Stepdown Unit in Lewes, DE starting 2 weeks after offer

Salary

• Hourly range: $36.00-$38.00(Based on Year of Experience)
• Salary range $67,392-$79, 040(Based on 36 hour work week)
• Sign on Bonus $10,000, payment terms $5,000 in first 30 days of employment/$5,000 after 90 days of employment. Further terms to be discussed during interview and offer.
• Potential Relocation Assistance Offered (with the exception of New Grads)--further details to be discussed during interview.

Shift Information

• 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12 hour nights
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• On call: no

Requirements

• RN License in Delaware or Compact State
• RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program. Bachelors degree preferred
• BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
• ACLS Certification
• NIH Certification
• 2 years nursing experience caring for Step Down level of care patients including cardiothoracic surgery patients
• Covid Vaccine required upon submitting candidates - religious exemptions accepted but it would be using their own documentation and approval.
• Experience In Hospital Or Acute Care Setting
• Must possess current hospital experience (within the past 5 years).
• Must be knowledgeable regarding the nursing process and its application--assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• New Grads not taken -Client has their own nursing school
• Must complete Point of Care Testing training as part of Department Orientation.
