Pay Package:

• $2160 Weekly Gross
• $60 Blended Hourly
• $25.39 Hourly TAXED
• $75 OT
• $413 Weekly ($11.47 hour) NON-TAXED Meals Stipend
• $833 Weekly ($23.14 hour) NON-TAXED Housing Stipend
• 36 Hours GUARANTEED
• 13 weeks starting 5/22/23
• 7P – 7:30A (12 Hour Nights) Friday, Saturday, Sunday only / No Call / Every Weekend (36 Hour Guarantee)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• RN License in Michigan
• 1 Year of Experience
• BLS (AHA)
• Epic experience
• Covid Vaccine Required

Job Description

• This is a Weekends Only Position - Must be available EVERY weekend!
• This position performs a variety of integrated functions, intuitively, using the nursing process while applying a broad nursing knowledge in a caring, concerned manner.
• (30%)* Regularly assesses patient’s/client’s needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician authorized plan of care, and accepted standards of nursing practice.
• (30%)* Provides direct resident care, including medication administration, treatments, call lights, assisting with transfers, responding to alarms, etc.
• (20%)* Evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan and makes suggestions or participates in updating/revising the treatment plan in collaboration with other team members, utilizing current information to improve patient care.
• (10%)* Processes physician/provider orders and performs physician ordered care accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
• (10%)* Follows up regarding medication changes and order clarifications.
