AWA Insurance, located in Fort Myers, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Commercial Insurance Account Manager. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance professional who is highly motivated and has experience in handling commercial accounts.
Insurance experience is preferred for this position.
This is not a remote position. Please only apply if you are able to make the commute to our Fort Myers, FL office location
Responsibilities
- Servicing current book of commercial customers and processing their renewals.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, audit disputes, and claims service.

Requirements
- Insurance Commercial Customer Service experience; minimum 4 years required, prefer 5 -10 years
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty 2-20 or 4-40 license
