POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our state-of-the-art eating disorder facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with eating disorders and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
REQUIREMENTS:
Schedule: FT On-Site - Must commit to 1-2 shifts of 12-8, the rest would be 9:30-5:30 Weekend availability preferred
Salary: $55,000-$85,000 depending on licensure and experience

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including dietitians, medical professionals, and other therapists.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in case consultations and staff meetings.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments for eating disorders.

- Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current and valid FL state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.). - registered interns encouraged to apply
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with eating disorders.
- Strong understanding of eating disorder treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, Family-Based Therapy, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
