Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 Equity
A Day in the Life...
- Working with People Operations to schedule and coordinate in-office visitor meetings, including but not limited to VIPs, interviews, and vendors, with protocols and procedures in mind.
- Monitoring office supplies, ordering new supplies and restocking supplies accordingly.
- Monitoring kitchen food, ordering weekly refresh and restocking orders accordingly.
- Collaborating with People Operations to design and develop office policies by establishing standards of procedures.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
- Sort and triage mail; maintain email and other address directories.
- Fostering a clean and organized working environment.
- Maintaining an office budget and submit expense reports.
- Preparing all-hands meeting agenda template and follow up with stakeholders on agenda topics.
- Coordinating Team lunches.
- Assisting with the operation of the People Operations Department
- Maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- General administrative tasks

Position Summary:
The Office Manager directly supports our team and works closely with People Operations Department by handling various organizational tasks to optimize office efficiency and support focus and productivity. This position acts as a liaison between staff and management. The Office Manager will also manages calendars, tracks correspondence, and elevates issues of urgency and importance with clear and concise communication and decisive judgment. The Office Manager represents the team by email and phone with internal and external stakeholders. This position is just right for an individual looking to have busy work and have meaningful interactions with colleagues and clients along with streamlining administrative functions and making an honest and collaborative footprint in our growing organization.
