What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Stallion Wholesale INC?
We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. The primary objective of the warehouse manager is to oversee the successful day to day operations within all divisions of the company and provide support to the objectives of each division.

The above stated divisions include the following endeavors:
- Production of picture frames and wholesale operations
- Vendor booth stocking and retail operations
- All operations related to the licensed sports banner and pennant program
- Product fulfillment and 3PL service operations
- Overall management of import programs and warehouse organization
- Show and event operations

The duties of the warehouse manager include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining a high level of quality control within all stages of production and ensuring a quality product is what leaves the building
- Facilitating a seamless line of communication between the office staff and all divisions of the company
- Ensuring all policies and procedures put in place by office staff is properly trained, communicated and executed within each division
- Creating strong relationships with the head of each division and positive team building culture among all employees
- Provide forward thinking problem resolutions and creative solutions to improve each division
Responsibilities of the warehouse manager include but are not limited to:
- Keeping up to date inventory and assist in product ordering management
- Ongoing training with every employee and every division and live by the motto “always be improving”
- Provide appropriate paperwork to the office and follow through on policy and procedures
- Keeping all divisions organized within the warehouse and managing placement and process in all areas
- Create warehouse schedules that are appropriate based upon workload and deadlines
- Help all divisions meet and exceed all deadlines needed in order to operate successfully
- Manage the success of production, sawing, shipping, import, fulfillment, inbound shipments, outbound shipments, retail, wholesale, and all other aspects that ensures the success of Stallion Wholesale

Expectations of the warehouse manager include:
- To work a minimum of 45 hours per week with an average of 50
- To maintain positive outlook, build positive culture and provide problem solutions
- To be able to work closely with the office manager to properly align the office strategy with operational strategies
- To be flexible in responsibilities and tasks as the need arises within each division

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
