Facilitate task and process to ensure agile ceremonies add value to the team. To engage and influence team members in realising their potential across all levels of seniority and driving a high-performance. To guide the team towards maturity in resolving challenges or issues
and remove impediments faced by the team.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- First degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Certificated Scrum Master or Experience of Kanban, Extreme Programming and LEAN ways of work or Software
- Development Lifecycle
- Sound knowledge of Agile methodology
Experience
- 5-7 years Experience in the full SDLC leading software teams
- 3-4 years a as a scrum master
- Deep expertise in Jira and confluence- planning and coordination using the organisation's enterprise tools is essential
