From benchtop research to international programs, the Department of Emergency Medicine provides exceptional patient care, delivers outstanding undergraduate and graduate education, and furthers the field of Emergency Medicine through innovative basic science and clinical research.
The Department of Emergency Medicine is a high-performing team of exceptional faculty and staff, committed to setting and achieving high goals. We are seeking a Program Manager to manage quality improvement programs by supporting the development of its annual quality plan and portfolio of improvement projects. The Department’s portfolio will be aligned with organizational priorities and includes support for projects from various physician-led programs, including the Improvement Capability Development Program (ICDP), Value-Based Care (VBC), Cost Savings Reinvestment Program (CSRP), Wellness, and the Unit Based Medial Program (UBMD). This position requires an individual who can work independently and with minimal direction in performance of their duties.

Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

The expected pay range for this position is $73,000 to $141,000 per annum.
