We are looking for a Talent Management and Organization Development Coordinator to join our Talent Management and Workforce Strategy team that focuses on attracting and retaining high-quality employees, developing their skills, and continuously motivating them to perform at their highest potential in the pursuit of achieving the University's mission. This role will report to the Manager, Learning and Organization Development. The incumbent will manage all logistics associated with the delivery of learning and development programs and initiatives. Manage participant registration, correspondence, evaluation, budgets, and data analysis. A hybrid work arrangement is applicable for this position (a combination of onsite and work from home). The number of days may occasionally fluctuate subject to business need, but the expectation is that this position will be onsite a minimum of 2 days/week. The onsite work location is Stanford Redwood City Campus, 505 Broadway, Redwood City, California but travel to the Stanford Campus, Stanford, California may be required at times.

The expected pay range for this position is $34.62 - $44.23 per hour. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
