Stanton Home has a team of 70 dedicated professionals who partner with and provide support to over 20 adults with diverse needs. These adults live in 8 beautiful homes in Berkshire communities (MA & CT) and come together daily for a vibrant day program at Stanton Home Farm in Great Barrington, MA with activities including gardening, composting, music, yoga, horseback riding, hiking, weaving, culinary arts, and more.
The Financial Manager works closely with the Executive Director and the Administrative team to plan the organization’s financial strategy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finances or related field and relevant experience preferred
- Experience in a Non-Profit Finance Management or a similar position
- Working knowledge and experience in Finances and Accounting
- Understanding of social service environment is an asset
Core Responsibilities
- Overseeing cash flow planning, billing, preparing and reviewing budget
- Preparing required reports for the board of directors & financial reports
- Ensure financial documents compliance for both MA and CT
- Oversee Payroll, SIRA & tax operations
- Conduct loan reviews
- Determine compliance with IRA regulations
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements of banks and manage bank relationships
- Work with program participants and their guardians to assist with shared fund management plans, taxes and financial records.
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: 55k-75k Based on experience and education
- $500 Signing Bonus: Upon completion of three months (500 hours) of work
