What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender position at Star Buds?
Established dispensary in Oklahoma City looking to hire on budtenders to our team. Ideal candidate will be energetic, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term position with room for potential growth. Experience is preferred but not required. This position would be perfect for a college student or someone looking to make supplemental income. Must be willing to work holidays (we are open 365 days/year). Hours will be as follows:
7:45AM-3:15PM Sunday-Monday
2:45PM-10:15PM Tuesday-Wednesday
11:00AM-7:00PM Friday
Pay is $11.00 an hour with a review after a 90-day probationary period.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE SUFFICIENT CANNABIS KNOWLEDGE (EXPERIENCE PREFERRED) AND HOLD AN OMMA PATIENT CARD
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
· Must have reliable transportation
· Available to work flexible schedules including every weekend, evenings and holidays if needed. MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND AVAILABLE TO COVER SHIFTS WITH LITTLE WARNING
· Willingness to learn new things and participate in creative problem-solving secession.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multi task and preform well in a fast paced environment while interacting with multiple stimuli.
· Some form of prior cash handling or customer service experience
