Providing mask, gloves, hand sanitizer, gowns, and other PPE. Have specialized protocols for high risk and Covid positive patients receiving support as/if they occur.

Star Choices, Inc., is looking for full time house managers.
Position will include working weekly 2 (24 hour) shifts in a group residence weekly and then spending ~10 hours per week on Administrative oversight/responsibilities for that group residence. (Sleep & Awake time paid at same rate) The ideal candidate would have DSP and supervisory/house manager experience, ability to solve problems, and work well independently and as part of a larger team.
Prospective house managers will be trained as CRA staff for a 3-month period prior to any administrative/managerial training. After this 3-month period, learning and developing as a 24 hour/CRA employee, prospective house managers will either begin administrative/managerial training, or will be given an additional 3-month period to improve/progress on 24 hour/CRA employee expectations and job duties.
A few in-home Job duties:
Support for up to 4 individuals
Medication support
Cleaning
Cooking
Transportation
A few Administrative Job Duties (starting after 3 -6 month probationary period):
Daily Documentation tracking
On call supports (Shared with others)
Attending Administrative meetings
Supervision of DSP’s working in the shared residence.
Coverage for open shifts
Minimum Job Requirements
21 years of age
High school diploma/GED
Reliable Transportation
Valid driver’s license
Current auto insurance
Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds
Pay ($1,500 Signing Bonus)

- Sleep time counts toward these hours as well.
- After 3-6 month eligible for $.25 increase to overall pay if beginning to take on house manager responsibilities.
