This high-energy person will be a member of the Partner Services team responsible for coordinating and delivering exemplary Voice over IP system installation support to Customers / Dealers for IP- based end-to-end telecommunications services and infrastructure including telephone systems, services, and number porting. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver and support leading-edge technologies for our Customers /Dealers in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Once it is determined safe to return to the office, in-office attendance is essential.

Your Role:

Coordinate with the Installing Partners, end users and customers ensuring their new system installation process and activities are clear, concise and above all smooth from start to finish while adhering to contract terms.
Act as the customer's primary contact and communicate delivery expectations throughout the installation process while coordinating with internal teams.
Have a keen eye toward attention to detail, completing multiple project deadlines while also being attentive to the customer's needs.
Handle required web-based licensing and configuration for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) based phone systems and interact with our distribution team to ensure the equipment is shipped out accordingly. In addition, you will coordinate with internal teams to provide new numbers or port existing customer numbers.
Proactively identify issues that may prevent an order from advancing to installation and escalate matters to the appropriate party for resolution assistance.

Your Background:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science or related area 1-2 years’ experience in technical or project coordinator/management
Understanding of networking concepts and an Awareness of Telecom or VOIP concepts System Configuration experience is desired.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment, meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure and maintain quality of work.
Strong administration and coordination abilities; detail-oriented with transactional work
Stong customer-centric abilities- abilities to "read the customer"
