Shop Forman

We're looking for a Shop Foreman that has experience with aluminum and structural products. Your responsibilities will be for the day-to-day operation of your section, you will help with production planning, shop organization, train new employees, schedule production with your build teams. This is a full-time direct hire position, First Shift.

What you will do as a Shop Foreman:

• Plan production
• Manage projects
• Make sure all jobs are being completed correctly
• Work with other departments to coordinate production schedules
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What you will need as a Shop Foreman:

• 5 years in Construction
• Managing manufacturing/fabrication teams
• Aluminum fabrication experience required
• Planning and coordination experience
• Excellent communication and technology experience a plus

Pay: $23.38 - $33.44 per hour
