Job Summary:
- Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administration of HRIS
- Compensation and Benefits
- Administers the exempt and non exempt compensation programs
- Administers all incentive programs

Through use of the digital compensation tool
- Completes all new and job description updates
- Completes all new and job evaluation updates
- Determines and maintains salary ranges for all positions
- Administers all benefits programs. Primary contact with TPA and vendors. Coordinates the benefits open enrollment process
- Back up for payroll administration
- Talent Acquisition
- Administers the applicant tracking system to include coordination of all job postings
- Coordinates hiring activities with local staffing agencies
- Coordinates participation at local job fairs
- Coordinates co-op programs with local technical high schools
- New employee onboarding
- Talent Development
- Administration of succession planning process
- Administration of the learning management system and employee development plans
- Administration of the performance management program
- Employee Recognition and Engagement
- Coordinates employee recognition activities to include the digital employee recognition tool
- Administration of employee engagement surveys and coordination of follow up such as employee round table meetings
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of current market compensation programs and trends
- Knowledge of current market incentive programs and trends
- Knowledge of current market benefits programs and trends
- Experience and knowledge creating and revising job descriptions
- Experience and knowledge evaluating jobs and creating market based salary ranges
- Knowledge of current market employee recognition and engagement programs
- Experience with succession planning
- Experience with employee development
- Experience with performance management
- Ability to and experience working cross functionally in a matrixed organization
- HRIS, ATS, and LMS experience
- Experience working with staffing agencies
- Experience with co-op programs with educational institutions
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Excellent communication skills
Education Requirements:
- Preferred 4 year/Bachelor Degree
Years of Experience:
- 2 years minimum - 5 years maximum
- Preference in a manufacturing environment
