Sales Ops Liaison

The duties of the Sales Operations Liaison role include, but are not restricted to

· Update invoice adjustments

· Control special pricing.

· Collaborate directly with retailers and the sales staff to provide customer assistance (Swag, Credits, and Standard Customer Care).

· Help stores update or repair manifests in the event of problems.

· Respond to receiving calls at Stash House and place outgoing calls as needed on behalf of the company.

· Collaborate with Compliance and Fulfillment to guarantee appropriate procedures and standards.

· Create and post social media content for Stash House NM (Instagram)

· Send GM the Vendor Credit report. Every month

· Send GM the report on the returned product. Every month

· Help the GM as needed or instructed.

Key Requirements:

· 21 years or older

· Cannabis industry knowledge (preferred)

· Prior Marketing/Advertising (preferred)

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills

· Proficient in computer operating systems (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)

· Organizational skills

· Punctuality

· Customer service skills

Pay: $2,720.00 - $2,880.00 per month
