STAT Home Health is seeking an EXPERIENCED DIRECTOR OF NURSING (DON) - RN for the Little Rock, AR area!
Duties:
- Attends annual review and in-services
- Complies will all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices
- Administers and organize daily activities for Case Managers
- Directly supervises all employees and their location associated with the clinical aspect of home health care
- Assure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines, and company policies
Requirements:
- At least one year experience working in hospice or home health setting
- At least one year supervisory and administrative experience preferred
- Three years of experience as a registered nurse
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Arkansas
- HCHB experience preferred
