- This is an entry-level, fulltime, hourly OPS position that has health insurance benefits, but not paid leave or retirement.
- Answer telephones and deal with basic questions from witnesses and the public.
- Open electronic files by importing and scanning documents into case management system
- Maintain electronic files
- Must have basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word programs
- Must have ability to communicate effectively in writing and on the telephone
- Must have knowledge of correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage; good reading comprehension
- Must have the ability to work well within a team atmosphere; the ability to work independently, to multitask, and to receive direction; and the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis
