You will be asked to meet weekly activity goals which will increase your commission and sales! We have had 2 individuals move on from our office to open their own offices.

You will not be limited to just making phone calls; our office wants to work with and around the community. Our goals are set as a team and will be worked on together. You will have multiple outlets of training inside the office and we will work together to benefit our customers. Whether it is sending emails, texts or making calls, we will find a way to make you successful!
Job Expectations:
- Obtain referrals from current customers, new customers and friends
- Hunt for business with calls, texts, emails daily
- Generate leads through your network
- Create centers of influence through realtors, auto dealerships, mortgage lenders
Customer service
- Everyone in our office will help current customers, whether it is in office or over the phone
- We expect everyone to take customer payments and help update their payment information
- Obtain necessary information to ensure policy issuance
- Reviewing current customer coverage to find any gaps that exist
- Helping our customers understand the claims process
- Asking probing questions to identify customer needs
Compensation
- Base salary plus comission
- Commission is paid the 2nd payment of the following month after policies issue
- Vacation days will be earned with each month of employment
Licensing
- Licensing class is two, 8 hour virtual classes
- Must pass Property and Casualty tests
- Life and Health will be required as your experience increases
