About the Role:
OTE (On Target Earnings): $40,000-$80,000

Requirements:
✓ Must be willing to communicate to the 18103 zip code as this is a full-time in person position to start.

✓ Obtain a Property & Casualty license (We will guide you!)

Responsibilities:
✓ Showing your clients how awesome you are by advising them on how to best protect
their families using State Farm’s world-famous products and customer service.
✓ You will cold call, warm call, ask for referrals, network in the community, and build your
brand within the agency.
✓ Meet & exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
✓ Developing your knowledge of how to best protect your clients, help your coworkers
and add your energy to our already amazing office.
