The Work You Will Do

This position is responsible for the research and interpretation of Board rules, Department rules and National Association and Vendor contractual guidelines to ensure compliance in development and implementation of grade processing and scheduling procedures.

  • Profile, approve, and schedule Exam registrations
  • Responds to email and phone inquiries
  • Assists candidates with exam scheduling, authorizations and grade reporting
  • Responds to emails and phone calls regarding exam information and authorization questions
  • Responds to emails to make changes in database
  • Process Pre-Licensure Certificates

 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to compile, organize and analyze data.
  • Experience working with Florida statues and rules.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Basic Internet research and navigation.
  • Basic grammar skills

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma and two (2) years of work experience; or
  • Two (2) year Associate's degree from an accredited college or university; or 
  • One (1) year must be customer service experience.
  • Administrative or clerical experience in a professional office environment can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
