Marketing Manager
Seeking a Marketing Manager in Johnson City, TN for our Marketing Team. Office hours are typically 8-5, Monday through Friday.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage graphic designers to create compelling marketing that aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Responsible for creating and executing strategic design solutions that achieve results in multi-media campaigns, print ads, logos, print collateral, website designs, as well as overall brand development.
- Works closely with the traffic manager and digital marketing specialists to oversee digital and traditional marketing campaign.
- Assists Director of Marketing and Communications in coordinating various integrated marketing activities
- Identify and establish metrics and measures of success for all local marketing effort, creating a metrics dashboard to report outcomes monthly.
- Identify and monitor competitor activities and efforts within the area.
- Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and analyze campaign outcomes. Use insights to refine future marketing effort and enhance client satisfaction.
- Regularly report to Direct of Marketing and Communications on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendation for future marketing initiatives.
- Ensure optimal use of budget for maximum return on investment.
- Responsible for working with cross-functional teams within the department to make sure objectives are met. Foster a collaborative environment where creative ideas and innovative strategies are encouraged.
- Assists with updates and creates new content for website – including links to articles, educational material, and blog posts.
- Responsible for photo library and videos for the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 7 years related experience in healthcare. It is vital that an individual in this position be capable of good communication skills and has proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
