Position Overview
Serves as staff assistant to Regional Supervisor in Region 5. Oversees personnel processes and documents for the region.
Maintains, prepares and distributes required survey packets for all types of survey activity. Serves as Information Technology Coordinator for LTC Field Operations Survey Staff.
Tracks all survey activity.

Essential Functions
- Serves as staff assistant to Regional Supervisor.
- Oversees personnel processes and documents for the region.
- Maintains, prepares and distributes required survey packets for all types of survey activity.
- Serves as Information Technology (IT) Coordinator for LTC Field Operations Survey Staff.
- Tracks all survey activities.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with courses in public or business administration.
- Requires one year of professional experience in a public or private organization, or completion of an agency-approved professional management training program.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year work experience with computer applications (i.e., Word Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and development of SmartSheets or advanced features of word processing packages.
- One year experience with personnel processes and preparing personnel documents.
- One year experience preparing correspondence in a professional manner consistent with applicable policies and procedures.
- One year experience tracking office equipment or ordering supplies.
- One year of experience with extensive knowledge of office practices, procedures and programs.
- One year of experience with business communication with other departments.
