As an Administrative Project Support Intern, you'll play a crucial role in various aspects of project management, ensuring the successful execution of state construction initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to input and manage data within the GIS system for State vertical infrastructure, utilizing ESRI desktop software and online tools.
Coordinate with various State agencies to verify structure information, including addresses and other pertinent data.
Conduct on-site visits to State agency locations to conduct inventory and gather structure information.
Utilize Microsoft Access to generate comprehensive reports on structure information, aiding in decision-making processes.
Provide support throughout the construction project lifecycle, from pre-design phases to construction and project closeout.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g. Public Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, and familiarity with GIS software (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
