Join the Minnesota Department of Health’s Financial Management Team in an exciting new opportunity as the Communications and Continuous Improvement Manager which will lead, manage, supervise, and administer the ongoing communication activities of the Financial Management Division in the Health Operations Bureau. This position will be responsible for overseeing the development of change management practices, communication and continuous improvement activities to serve the Division’s needs and build staff capacity for shared governance, and operational excellence.
Working as a Communications and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will:
Candidates residing in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota may have the option to telework; however, telework schedules are based on the unit's operational needs and are at supervisory discretion.
Four (4) years of management and leadership public sector financial, accounting, or related field experience; sufficient to plan, organize, and direct human and fiscal resources to achieve full productivity under changing circumstances including experiences in the following areas:
