Some of what you'll do:
Professionals with one of the following:
Associate's degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or a related field.
OR
High school graduation or equivalent and preferred two years of experience in forms and/or records management.

Some of what you'll do:
- Receive, analyze, examine, organize, and prepare documents for imaging
- Determine the type of document and accurately assign them to the customer's electronic case record
- Use computer systems ACES, Barcode, and CARE for searching and identifying clients
- Electronically image the documents received using the industrial scanning equipment and software
- Ensure timely processing of documents
- Proofread electronic documents using a computer and multiple computer applications
- Assist with processing public disclosure requests regarding Home and Community Services clients, programs, and benefits
- Preferred Experience working in a high-volume production environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Careful handling of sensitive and confidential information appropriately with a high level of discretion
- Preferred Experience in reviewing forms and records for completeness and accuracy
- Ability to apply and interpret policies and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
