What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Sales, Central NJ position at State Solar Initiative?

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious leaders with a passion for clean energy to join our sales team that presents clean energy opportunities to our local communities. We provide training and support to give you the potential to make between $60,000 and $140,000 your first year, in this position you'll have the opportunity to partake in the world wide humanitarian effort of reducing our dependence on fossil fuels.

While learning to become a full-time Solar Sale Representative, you will be trained on all of our products with the opportunity to generate business through interactive presentations to prospective and existing clients. This position will amplify your communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning along with giving you high earning potential on your path towards management.

Requirements for consideration:

- Sales or service industry experience is welcomed, but not necessary!

- Reliable transportation with valid drivers license

- Ability to work legally in the US

- Residing in NJ, or any one of 23 states we are licensed to sell in

Responsibilities of the roll:

-Educate homeowners about the various services/products we provide for their home that will allow customers to reduce their costs and live more comfortably

- Manage pipeline of sales and customer touch points

- Generate referrals from providing exceptional customer service

- Maintain a positive attitude!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
